Street and Lot parking is available. ‼️ PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BOOKING‼️ (Safety Procedures) -If you have had any flu like symptoms in the past week. Please wait to book until you feel 100%. -If you have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 in the past week please wait to book until you are tested and know for sure you are in the clear. -Please do not bring any extra guests or children in the treatment room that are not being serviced. (Payment Info) -When you book you will be asked to provide a card. This is only to hold your appointment slot. Your card will not be charged. You’ll pay the full service amount at the time of checkout. -We accept Card, and Cash payments only 💳💵 (No-Show and Late Policy) -Please note that if you no-show for your appointment you will be charged the full service amount and banned from booking again. Please respect everyones time and plan accordingly. -If you will be 5 min late please call or text letting us know you are running behind. -If you are 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your service total. (Mobile Wax Options) All mobile appointments will have a $75 travel/lugging/setup/take down fee included in the service cost. We offer mobile wax parties! Get 5-7 of your friends together for a night of pampering! All parties and individual mobile appointments must be booked 2 or more weeks in advance. Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hours before your service to cancel your appointment. If you cancel after the 48 hour grace period you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in order to reschedule another service. Any no call, no show clients will be banned from booking with Waxed by Kristen. Please book accordingly and be courteous of everyones time. Thank you ! 💕
